Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

International Shipping
We ship globally to outdoor enthusiasts worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sunday Afternoons purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, here’s how we can help.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
✅ Items Eligible for Return/Exchange
- Beanies, Bucket Hats, Caps, Fedoras, and Knit hats in original condition
- Unworn items with original tags attached
- Products in original packaging
- Items purchased within the last 15 days from delivery date
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Felt hats – Due to material sensitivity and custom shaping requirements
- Neck Capes – Considered intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items showing signs of wear or damage not related to manufacturing
- Products without original tags or packaging
Important Note: For health and safety reasons, all Kid’s Hats must be returned in absolutely pristine, unworn condition with original packaging intact.
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your return/exchange request using the template below.
Step 2: Receive Authorization
We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions.
Step 3: Package Your Items
Include the original items in their packaging with all tags attached. Please include a copy of your order confirmation.
Step 4: Ship to Us
Send your package to our returns center. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 5: Processing
Once received, we’ll process your return/exchange within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.
Refund Information
Refund Timeline
- Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days after we process your return
- Bank Transfer Refunds: 7-14 business days

- Full product price
- Original shipping costs (if returning entire order)

Exchange Process
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired exchange item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund and notify you when the item becomes available again.
Exchange Shipping: We cover the cost of shipping your exchange item to you via our standard shipping methods.

International Returns
As we serve customers globally (excluding limited remote areas and parts of Asia), please note:
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs documentation must be marked as “Returned Goods”
- Original customs duties and taxes will be refunded where applicable
- Processing times may be slightly longer for international returns
Damaged or Defective Items
